Dr. Haley Kim, PhD and member of the Korean American Society in Biotech and Pharmaceuticals (KASBP), spoke to us to teach us why leadership is important, how good leadership can benefit people, and how to be a good and effective leader. TYP aims to teach all of its members leadership skills so that we can bring positive change to society. Knowing the qualities of a good leader will help us better reach that ideal.
